- Collection of cargo from arrival Port/Airport
- Devanning into Bonded Warehouse
- Submission of cargo for Customs and Quarantine Inspection
- Delivery of cargo to one residence with normal access
up to first floor store
- Return of Steamship/Airline containers
- Removal of all used packing materials debris (same day)
- 3 Free (UNDERBOND) storage days – In BONDED WAREHOUSE
- 5 Free storage days in FREE STORE after Customs and Quarantine
cleared
- Customer Notification

 UNLESS
STATED OTHERWISE THE QUOTED RATES EXCLUDE THE FOLLOWING:
- Container Leasing Fees
- Quarantine Inspections at AU$100.00 per half hour billed
to client (Usually half hour per LCL and 1 hour per FCL)
- Demurrage, Detention, Bonding or Storage fees
- Customs Duty Tax, GST and the likes
- Steam Cleaning, Fumigation, or other special treatment
if required
- Quarantine, Re-Inspection fees and additional Handling
and or delivery charges arising as a result of treatment
being order
- Deliveries above first floor or to abnormal access of
multiple residence
- Port Handling and or Terminal fees on Fcl & Lcl shipments,
THC, BSRA, APCA, CFS, LCL or Break Bulk at AU$72.00 per
cubic meter billed to client, when not loaded into groupage
container to Hai Son Shipping & Transport.
- Groupage / Consolidated containers incorporate the above
fees.
- Appliance connections and tradesman (plumbers, cabinet
markets, etc)
- Special services for high rise buildings and difficult
access (Shuttle Services)
- Heavy lifts Pianos and Safes, etc
- Import Permits MVSA (Motor Vehicle Standards Act) at AU$75.00
billed to client
- Crane Certificates, etc
- Customs Sea Cargo Automation Screening fee at AU$35.00
per shipment which will be billed to either owner / client
/ consignee at port of destination
