DOOR TO PORT ONLY SERVICE
Once goods arrive at the port of destination
and are available, you are usually allowed a three (3) day
FREE period to arrange to pay for your port fees, customs
clear and to pick-up your goods. If you exceed the three (3)
day period you will be charge a Customs Bond Storage Fee.
Every country has various rates per cubic meter per day plus
handling fee.
DOOR TO DEPOT HAND-OUT CLEARED
Once your goods have been customs cleared and
made available for you to collect free of charge unless you
have Duty & Taxes applicable, you will be allowed two
(2) days to collect your goods before storage begins.
DOOR TO DOOR SERVICE
You must be able to accept delivery of goods
within the three (3) days of goods being customs cleared and
ready for delivery if not alternative arrangements must be
made with local agent to store goods which will be on your
account. Note once goods are delivered they will remove debris/rubbish
on the same day. If you accumulate additional debris/ rubbish
from unpacking your goods yourself except on the day it is
your responsibility to disperse of the debris/rubbish.

CONSULATE OR EMBASSY OF YOUR COUNTRY PRIOR TO EXPORTING ANY
GOODS OVERSEAS, FOR RESTRICTIONS, PERMITS or DUTY TAXES APPLICABLE,
PRIOR TO SHIPPING YOUR GOODS."
